‍‍Panorama Mortgage Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, “PMG” or “the Company”) d/b/a Simply PMG operates www.simplypmg.com, www.pmgllc.com, goalterra.com, myhomelegacy.com, and lonepeaklending.com websites and related mobile applications and engages in the solicitation, origination, servicing, and sale of mortgage loans (hereinafter referred to as “PMG Services”).

This Privacy Policy is meant to provide you with information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you use PMG Services and the choices you have associated with your Personal Information. We use your Personal Information to provide and improve PMG Services, and we do not sell or rent your Personal Information to other companies. Please note that PMG does not sell or share your Personal Information to third parties. Children's Privacy

Because of the financial nature of our business, our websites are not designed for use by children under the age of 13 and those not of legal age to contract. Therefore, the company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. Additionally, the company does not have services available for those younger than the legal age tocontract and as such does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive anyinformation from those under the age of 16. You may have the opportunity to receive SMS or “text” messages, pre-recorded voice messages or auto-dialed phone calls from the Company, its affiliates and related entities as well as third parties. Such messaging may be used to authenticate your identity or mobile device, as well as provide you informational updates about services or products you may have requested. In providing your mobile device number or cell phone number to the Company, you knowingly consent to such communications from the Company or for the Company to use your cell phone number or mobile device number in accordance with the Company’s Terms of Service.
