With 27 years of mortgage industry experience, Valerie and Jason have worked alongside each other to build SimplyPMG into one of the nation's leading independent mortgage banks.
As Co-CEO, Madiedo will help lead SimplyPMG's next chapter by strengthening the relationships, values and mission that have defined the company for more than two decades. She will focus on supporting the company's executives and leaders with the mentorship and resources needed to grow the business, and fostering a culture built on accountability, curiosity, empathy and continuous learning.
Madiedo will oversee initiatives that will improve efficiency, reduce production costs and enhance the borrower experience across all channels. Madiedo believes that homeownership is a pathway to financial stability, generational wealth and lasting opportunity for families, a philosophy that guides SimplyPMG's customer-first approach.
