Madiedo co-founded SimplyPMG in 2006 on the belief that homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building generational wealth and a foundation for long-term financial stability. That conviction has shaped the company's strategic decisions ever since, from its deep roots in FHA lending to its focus on borrowers other lenders overlook.
He began his career as a loan originator and has since worked across nearly every function in the business, including underwriting, secondary markets and executive leadership. That range gave him a ground-level understanding of what a borrower-first organization actually requires. Madiedo has also served as chairman of both the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and The Mortgage Collaborative, reflecting his dedication to advancing homeownership and equity at a national level.
